PV Step-Up Integrated Unit: Photovoltaic Inverter Booster Substation
TSTY PV Step-Up Integrated Unit is a prefabricated compact substation that integrates a photovoltaic inverter, step-up transformer, medium voltage switchgear, and intelligent monitoring system into a single enclosure. Factory pre-assembled and tested by TSTY, it requires only on-site connection between the PV inverter output and the medium voltage grid for rapid commissioning. The TSTY enclosure features double-layer steel plate with thermal insulation, IP54 protection, and resistance to dust, moisture, and corrosion, making it suitable for desert, coastal, and high-altitude environments. An integrated intelligent RTU supports remote data acquisition, fault alarming, and unattended operation. TSTY units are widely used in utility-scale solar farms, commercial rooftop PV, and agrivoltaic projects.
