The TSTY centralized energy storage converter and step up system is a highly integrated power conversion and boosting solution designed for utility scale battery energy storage systems (BESS). This system efficiently stores green energy from solar or wind power and, when needed, converts DC battery power into grid compliant AC via a power conversion system (PCS). The AC power is then stepped up by a three phase oil immersed step up transformer to medium voltage levels of 10kV or 35kV for stable transmission to the grid. The system is factory assembled in a containerized enclosure, combining the PCS, transformer, high voltage switchgear, low voltage distribution, and intelligent monitoring into one integrated unit. It effectively mitigates the intermittent and volatile nature of renewable energy generation, improving energy efficiency and grid stability.
