TSTY Prefabricated Cabin and Huashi Compact Substation are two special structural series, featuring modular deployment and flexible adaptation. TSTY Prefabricated Cabin Substation adopts a containerized modular design, where high voltage switchgear, transformer, low voltage distribution panels, and secondary protection cubicles are individually prefabricated in separate cabins. All wiring and testing are completed at the factory, and on‑site assembly requires only lifting and joining the cabins for rapid commissioning. Standard shipping container dimensions facilitate global sea and land transport, making it ideal for overseas EPC projects, mining power supply, temporary construction power, and emergency repair applications.
TSTY Huashi Compact Substation combines the high reliability of American‑type substations with the compact layout of European‑type designs. The transformer is placed outside the main enclosure to utilize natural air convection for efficient heat dissipation. High voltage and low voltage compartments are separately enclosed, providing ample space for operation and maintenance. It is widely used in photovoltaic power plants, commercial & industrial energy storage, and urban distribution network upgrades. Both TSTY series offer high protection rating and strong corrosion resistance, and are CE, IEC, UL, ISO, SASO-certified, ensuring compliance with major global market access requirements.
