Scope: Complete equipment package compliant with IEC and equivalent GOST standards, designed for harsh Central Asian climate and high pollution environments.
We, TSTYNICE, commit to supplying a complete equipment package (Items 1-6) that fully meets all technical requirements of the inquiry. All equipment will comply with IEC Standards and be accompanied by a comprehensive IEC ↔ GOST Compliance Matrix for each item, ensuring smooth approval, installation, and long-term operation in Turkmenistan.

Designed for -35°C to +45°C operation with special low-temperature oil and steel grades.

Bushings & Insulation: Composite (silicone rubber) bushings per IEC 60137. Insulation level: HV - LI 1050kV / AC 460kV; MV - LI 275kV / AC 105kV (exceeds specified values).
Monitoring & Protection: Includes Buchholz relay, pressure relief device, winding/oil temperature gauges with contacts, and integrated online DGA monitor with RS485/IEC 61850-8-1 interface.

Standards Compliance: All equipment designed and tested per referenced IEC standards (IEC 60076, 62271, 60255, 60137, 60529, 61439). Corrosion protection per ISO 12944 & ISO 1461.
GOST Compliance Matrix: A detailed line-by-line matrix will be provided, mapping each IEC clause/requirement to the equivalent GOST standard (GOST 1516.1, GOST 3484.1, GOST R 52725, etc.), ensuring regulatory acceptance.
Documentation Package: Includes GA drawings, wiring diagrams, datasheets, factory test reports (FAT protocols), proposed SAT protocols, spare parts list for 10 years, and operation/maintenance manuals in Russian and English.
Testing: All routine and type tests will be performed as per IEC standards. Witnessed Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) are offered and recommended. Specific tests for seismic, temperature, and pollution will be conducted.
Warranty: 36 months from the date of commissioning or 42 months from shipment, whichever occurs first, covering all materials and workmanship.
