TSTYNICE supplied a series of three-phase step-down dry-type transformers, specifically engineered for commercial HVAC systems in the Saudi market. This solution ensures efficient and reliable operation of air conditioning units under high-temperature and high-dust conditions.

  • Ratings: 75 kVA, 100 kVA, 300 kVA (configured per zone requirements)

  • Type: Indoor epoxy resin cast dry-type transformer, Air Natural (AN) cooling

  • Mounting: Base-plate fixed, supplied with anti-vibration pads and cable connection compartments

    • Large thermal design margin ensures continuous full-load operation in Saudi ambient temperatures up to 55°C.

    • Standard IP23 enclosure or optional IP54, providing protection against dust, moisture, and dripping water.

    • Windings feature special anti-fungal and anti-corrosion treatment for coastal or highly polluted air environments.

  • High Efficiency & Energy Saving: Utilizes high-grade silicon steel and low-loss design, meeting IE2 or higher efficiency class (IEC 60076-11), reducing overall HVAC system energy consumption.

  • Safe & Quiet: Totally enclosed, oil-free, flame-retardant construction. Low-noise design (<65 dB) suitable for commercial building environments.

  • Easy Maintenance: Built-in PT100 temperature sensors enable remote temperature monitoring and alarms. Side cable exit design simplifies on-site wiring and maintenance.
